Getting Active at Pulse Fitness

What a great workout everyone had at Pulse Fitness.  Thanks Camille O'Connor for a fantastic session. 
The session began with some fun relays using weights.  Then we were split into two groups.  The first group did a Step Aerobics session and the second group did a circuit of activities.  After 25 minutes we swapped over.  It was a lot of fun learning new skills and testing our strength and co-ordination.
