Massage Circle

Today the Butterflies reading group read a text called 'At the End of the Day'.  It was about a class that end their school day with a massage circle. The report describes what happens in their massage circle, so we decided to give it a try.  We drew clouds, made raindrops, thunder and lightening on the persons back in front of us. It felt really good.

To end the session we leaned forward and gave the person in front of us a big hug.  We did this five times and there was a lot of laughter and smiles.  It felt fantastic and we enjoyed it so much that we plan to do it once a week.
