We have been very busy creating lots of different artworks based around Lynley Dodd's Slinky Malinki.
We have been enjoying listening to her stories and have tried writing our own Slinky Malinki stories too.
What is your favourite Lynley Dodd story and what is your favourite character?
Wonderful to have the author read you the story of Slinky Malinki. I have read most of her books to the Grandchildren and enjoyed them all. Have fun today at the Opening of the New By Pass and look forward to photos of the decorated helmets. Meisha's Timaru Grandparents.
ReplyDeleteWhat a very special thing to have happen! So neat to have a real author come and visit and to read you some of her special work. Our favourite characters are Hairy McLairy and Hercules Morse (we like the rhymes ...as big as a horse). :)
