Hiding Vegetables

Today we took up the challenge, provided by New Zealand school resource producers 'Schoolkit', of hiding vegetables in our baking. Some of the Kea children hid carrots in our pikelets and they were delicious!

    I'm just not sure if I could put jam and cream on a pikelet that had carrot in it... (Lucas's mum)
