PIGS CAN FLY!

Siena has been super busy this week!
Here is her follow up work to the book Pigs Might Fly!, that we read as a class earlier in the week.
She spent the entire reading time expressing her delight in this story by drawing and writing.

This week during guided reading Maddie, Avie, Meisha and Annie read the poem 'The Wild Wet Wellington Wind'. Today they recorded it. They tried really hard to use lots of expression.

BUDDY TIME

Every Friday the younger children in the Junior Classroom   get together with their Buddy. Our Buddies are children from the year seven and eight class.

We have lots of fun reading and playing with our buddies.
During the school week we often hang out with them in the playground at lunchtimes. It is great knowing we always have children to share the day with.
