Our Class Treaty

We learnt about the Treaty of Waitangi.  The word 'Treaty' means agreement.  The Treaty of Waitangi is an agreement between the Māori and the English people. They agreed to share New Zealand.
We talked about how we need to share and work together in our classroom.  We came up with a list of things we thought would help us to have a happy and successful year.  We all reached an agreement on what we thought were the five most important things.
