Today we made our own bubble wands out of pipe cleaners. We shaped our wands into different shapes - stars, hearts, triangles, and circles. We found out that it doesn't matter what shape your wand is, the bubbles were always round.

Bubbles
Our Quadblogging friends from E7 Eastern Hutt School posted a bubble poem last week and some photos of them blowing bubbles. We thought it looked like lots of fun and Mrs Kitto promised that we could have some bubble fun this week.
Today we made our own bubble wands out of pipe cleaners. We shaped our wands into different shapes - stars, hearts, triangles, and circles. We found out that it doesn't matter what shape your wand is, the bubbles were always round.

It looks like you all had such a fantastic time blowing bubbles. It is very interesting that bubbles are always round regardless of the shape of the bubble wand.
