Life Trust Education Classroom

Pip and Harold from the Life Trust Education classroom are visiting our school this week. We have been learning about emotions and feelings. We have been talking about what it means to be a 'bucket filler' or a 'bucket dipper'.  Bucket fillers do or say things that make other people feel good. Bucket dippers do or say things that make themselves and others feel bad.

Harold calls unhelpful thoughts 'Head Hasslers'. If these thought grow then they can make us really unhappy.
He calls helpful thoughts 'Mind Master'.
In the Kea room we are going to be 'Mind Masters' by being brave and trying new things.
