Gummy Bear Science

Today we learnt how to carefully prepare a science experiment.

To create a 'fair test' we needed to change only one thing and to keep everything else the same. We put gummy bears into four different types of liquids; vinegar, water, salt water and baking soda mixed into water. We carefully measured the different liquids to make sure we had the same amount in each cup. Next we put gummy bears into the different liquids and made predictions as to what we thought might happen.

By the end of the day changes had already begun ...
