Days of the Week

On Monday we learnt a song to help us remember the days of the week in Māori. Click on the video below and sing along with us.

Rāhina, Rātu, Rāapa  (Monday, Tuesday, Wedneday)
Ko ēnei ngā rā o te wiki (These are the days of the week)
Rāpare, Rāmere, Rāhoroi (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)
Ko ēnei ngā rā o te wiki (These are the days of the week)
Rātapu, Rātapu (Sunday, Sunday)
Ko ēnei ngā rā o te wiki (These are the days of the week)

    Hi Room 6, wow what a great way to learn your Maori days of the week, what great voices you all have! We played a game in our room this week to help us learn ours, it was a lot of fun!!
